TRUTH over Fear
You've just found a home you love and you want to spend a lot of money on it. I have no desire to scare you away from it. I just want to make sure you know what you're buying.
My motto—“Truth Over Fear”—captures my approach. My role isn’t to scare buyers; it’s to give a clear, honest picture of a home’s condition. I draw on my construction background not only to identify issues, but to explain practical steps for addressing them.
Clients and realtors alike appreciate that I pair professional expertise with a personal touch. Buying a home is one of the biggest investments you’ll ever make, and I make sure every client knows they’re more than just “another inspection.” I see the people behind the purchase and provide the information they need to move forward with confidence.

About Me
I’ve spent my entire career building and understanding homes from the inside out. I started in construction at just 17, hanging drywall, then moved on to years of hard work with brick, block, and concrete. From there I installed roofing, did framing, and mastered custom tile. My hands-on experience eventually led me to historic restoration work in Detroit, Michigan—breathing new life into buildings with character and history.
That foundation opened the door to large-scale commercial construction projects, where I worked on university facilities, courthouses, and high-tech laboratories. After relocating to the Pacific Northwest, I started a handyman business and quickly became the most recommended handyman on Bainbridge Island.
In 2016, I combined decades of building experience with formal training to become a licensed home inspector. Since then, I’ve inspected hundreds of homes across Kitsap County and beyond.

My "why"
I love my family. I love my wife, and I have a need to be a good role model of what a husband and father should be. Being a home inspector allows me to have a flexible schedule for all those important family interactions and activities.

My commitment to you:
My business is based on trust. I realize you're making a large purchase based on my report. I'll never take shortcuts to just "get this done". I see you, not as just another job. I see you as an individual looking for a home, and hiring me to help you make a wise purchase. My commitment is to make the process of getting your forever home as transparent and thorough as possible. I understand the fear that can come with making a home purchase and needing an educated opinion. With years of hands-on experience in construction, I bring a trained eye that helps me identify issues that may be overlooked. You are more important to me than any box I could check off.
